So I'm about to get the following mods for my 98 Z28 A4 w/ 3.23s stock: Kooks 1 7/8" LT Headers and Y Pipe, GMMG Cat, LS6 Intake, Lid, Yank 3600 Stall, NGK TR55s, MSD Wires, 3.73s, MT DRs, POTZ Throttle Body, Powerbond/ATI/BBK Under Drive Crank Pulley, and Dyno Tune.

So what cam do you guys recommend? This car is gonna be my DD and I'm gonna be street racing a lot. I want a cam that goes with the mods I'm about to do to the car.

I also want some heads but I don't know which are good for the mods I'm about to do. And what 1/8 & 1/4 times will I be getting at sea level with the following mods and the cam & heads.

i was in the same boat as you about 2 weeks ago, give martin at tick performance a call, he should be able to set you up with a nice custom grind that will work with your goals

Everyone in the ls world seems to favor custom ground cams. Stock 241, 243 aren't bad depending on your power goals.
