Default 2002 6.0 stock rod bolt help

I recently had to buy 4 new rod bolts from gm to replace to origionals in my 6.0 the reason for replacing is a friend gave me the wrong torque specs so 4 were overtightened the bolts gm is selling for replacement are not anything like the factory bolts the big difference is the bushing or ferrel fitting that holds the bolt in the rod cap are alot smaller and fit in the cap realy sloppy

Also if these new bolts can be used what are the torque specs and what are the torque specs when reusing the factory bolts

IIRC they get pre torqued to 15 ft/lbs. and then turned another 75 degrees
to acheive proper stretch. I'd also suggest EPL (extreme pressure lube)
under the bolt head and on the threads.
Those alignment ferrules should fit kinda snug in the cap so as to locate
properly. I just bought some new Katech aftermarket bolts that don't use
the locating ring and supposedly don't need resizing after install; but I've yet
to measure. @ $200 bucks they are pricey but really nice and much stronger.

Yes i know the ferrel fittings are supposed to be snug in the cap thats how the original bolts fit but the new gm replacement bolts with the smaller ferel drops right in.is the torque specs on the new style bolts the same i think when they looked up the bolts they came up on the computer as ls7 bolts also

I've heard that the replacement lifters for the LS family are called LS7, but I highly doubt those LS7 bolts would be the right ones as those engines came with like $2000 dollar Titanium connecting rods.
