Default o-ring

I am installing a oil pump on a new shortblock. I have always been told a blue o-ring goes with the corvette/Ls1.
The issue is it is a melling oil pump that comes with a green (thick) and black.
Which do I need?
Thanks

Thanks; I had read a couple of those when I searched, but it seems like there is still mass confusion on the oring
My builder said blue, and I got the pump from him, but like I said, there is no blue.
I wonder if the Vette uses a different (blue) than F-body?

My LS1 F-body came from the factory with the blue O ring in it. I'm also running the blue O ring on my TSP ported LS6 pump.
