Default 241's at head shop need advice

Well I had to change lifters due to noise and while the heads are off Im doing a home port job. the shop is doing a 3 angle valve job, new ls6 springs, milling the heads some and new seals. The seals are the two piece design where the spring seat is separate from the actual seal. The shop has both kinds and I was wondering if it would be better to have them install the one piece seals? I have heard there is a chance of the two piece ones riding up the valve stem and causing an oil leak. Don't need to have to take springs back off due to any problems. What design should I use?

Use the one-piece.

You may want to try this one as I think it is LS6 spring compatible and would
most likely make 10 or so more than the LS6 cam

Picked up some PAC 1218's to go with the cam. Does anyone have an idea of how long the expected spring life should be with this combo?
