Beatiful L33, looks like a stout longblock. Did Texas-Speed source a New OEM L33 block for you, and would you be willing to share what you paid for it if so? PM is fine. I am subscribing to see your plans for boost.

Yeah Im a cheap bastard , but not when it comes to my hobbies, for what I can remember the car felt normal-ish back then driving around with these stock shocks. But it was a perfect time to change them so I just went with it.

I almost stripped the fking threads inside the crankshaft , when installing it. It was really my fault since I put TOO DAMN much pressure trying to sit the pulley completly. Luckily I just had to re-do the threads and it held full torque.
After fixing that it was time to put the engine back in.
Installaed all the accessories, In this pict I was showing the tool I rented from Autozone to remove/install the power steering pulley.
This is right before the clutch and tranny went in.

Next up was to drop the Gas tank.
Kinda made a decent support to hold it stable-ish. It had about 13 gallons of old gas in there. Yes 13 gallons of 3 year old pump gas... No matter I used it on my Toyota Corolla.
Here is the biggest headache I had in the whole build. When I removed the fuel assembly the Venturi tube that was inside the module broke in 3 pieces cuz it was too brittle . Here I was installing the fuel pump in the module , you can see the little pieces of the venturi tube in the middle.

At this point I needed to get this over with and put it back in. So I spend a whole day around town trying to find a replacement for this damn venturi tube. The dealer only sells the whole pump unit for like $400+ which I wasnt gonna spend because of a stupid little gas tube. So I found this in Advance Auto Parts.
(warning do not use this!!!)
I then proceded to reinstall the fuel tank and hotwire kit.
This was the first start of my engine.. !!! 3 years waiting... Felt so good!!
In the above video the Cam positioning sensor was disconnected and the engine had fuel pressure problems so it sounds a little weird...
