need some help...checking pushrods LS6
If the balancer and bolt is the only thing holding you back, it takes only a few mins to pull those off, and a bolt is what? a few bucks?
Guess it depends on what route you want to take.
So am i correct in the statement i made before? Do I want to check the pushrod length on the intake just as the exhaust valve is opening, and check the exhaust just as the intake valve on that cylinder is closing?
And which tdc do i want? on the compression stroke? which would be when it reaches the top after the intake valve closes.
Technically dont you have tdc on compression and on the exhaust?
Intake, compression, fire, exhaust. So in one cycle it hits tdc twice....
