Custom grind cam for sure for that big stall.

Upgrade heads also.

I run 233/239 TSP cam , Yank 4000 SS, stock 241 heads, and Tsp 1 7/8 headers and I have been 11.75 at 115.

Here's some good options.

Cam Motion, Titan lV (232/238 113lsa+4, lift .620"/.603")
http://www.mcssl.com/store/cammotion/the-titan4
Tick performance, Street Heat stage 2 (231/238, lift .617”/.585” 113lsa+3)
http://www.tickperformance.com/tick-...1-ls6-engines/
BTR, Stage 3,(231/242 112lsa+2, lift .617"/.592")
http://www.briantooleyracing.com/nat...-camshaft.html

Now if you want to go a little bit bigger then look at these:
Tick Performance "SNS" torqueMAX Stage 3(234/242 111lsa+2, lift .612"/.615")
http://www.tickperformance.com/tick-...1-ls6-engines/
BTR, Stage lV, (235/242 111lsa+2, lift .621"/.592")
