Default best cam for stock setup and #241's?

hey guys here at the forum. First of all thank god for the LSX engines. A friend of mine bought an 04 gto and wanted to do some upgrades. engine currently has 84,xxx miles on it with everything stock. We want to do a cam swap in the next two weeks. i found a little info online and found this cam COMP Cams XFI XE-R lift: .595" / .598" Duration (IN/EX): .281" / .283" Duration @ .050" (IN/EX): .232" / .234" with LSA of 112°. its a kit that comes with LUNATI dual springs, lunati steel retainers, lunati 7 degree valve locks, lunati LS spring seats, lunati valve seals for 8mm valves. just wanted to know if this cam is good for his set up or there are other better option. His goal is to get about 400-450hp to the wheels. we know that with a cam itself it wont be possible but we are putting a stall, lts, cai, exhaust, tune and possibly intake manifold. what do you all suggest? im fairly new to all this Ive only been in the auto filed for 6 years? any help would be appreciated. thanks

I had that cam on my old setup, and liked it. That should work good on stock heads as well

Yeah it was pretty good for daily driving. As far as burnouts go...pretty much anything that's adding power is going to help with that lol
