I sold a lifter guide on eBay of which I thought the part # was 12595265 ....
He says the # on the guide itself is different ....??
Are all non afm lifter guides not all the same .??.
I know afm guides are different ....??

 

No they're not. Early LS1 style won't fit later blocks, but the ones for later blocks will fit early blocks.
