Default Smallest diameter crank pulley

So I need to run the oil drain for my turbo to the passenger side lower boss on the front cover illustrated below:

I've already welded my drain fitting in the boss but obviously the stock crank pulley is in the way by about 1/2". My question is, who makes the smaller diameter crank pulley and what's the actual diameter to I can make sure it works?

Check ATI super damper......a 25 % underdrive may not even be small enough for what you're trying

Some circle track stuff pops up occasionally on E-Bay, but even those won't clear and they're so small they have no actual "dampening" properties. Best to do a "redo" and put the drain somewhere a little more user-friendly...

ATI is claiming a O.D. Of 5.5", if that's true then that would be 1" smaller per side than the stock balancer which should work.
