Full exhaust with at least 3.5 inch cat back and 1 7/8 long tube headers would be excellent for you. Would be great supporting mods for you in the future if you decide to go a little crazy(ie cubes, heads cam, power adder) and would add good power with a tune

Most power per dollar? Free. Do all the free mods. Air dam and radiator support mod. Descreen the MAF. Port the throttle body. Bypass the throttle body coolant.

Besides free stuff, of course a 100 or 150 hit of nitrous is going to offer huge bang for the buck.

Next cheapest, would be a good lid. A used MTI clear lid would be my choice. But even new, they're only like $150. Far cheaper than the $300+ SLP cold air kit. Then a 3" exhaust cutout, and a dyno tune.

75 dry shot across the maf, around 300$ (plus a tank of nos) gets you 50rwhp.

Minimum parts needed
1. NOS noid 30$
2. Bottle 200$
3. Nitrous line 50$
4. Manual switch. 5$
5. Wiring 20$

Now, the above is pretty ghetto and dangerous. But it's also cheap. If you want to do it right it will cost more money, research on the forums if you want to know the safety side.

Also, chicks love the NOS.
