LS1 - overheating

This engine came from a reputable seller on Ebay and were supposed to have done only 71k miles.
After this experience I am not sure that I want to take the chance with another used engine again. I could rebuild the one I have but I would also like to save some time.
Are new LS1 crates still available?

There was a lot of questions that we all asked of you there went unanswered. There were also some suggestions that were offered-we don't know if you tried them.

I am thankful for all the help and suggestions! Unfortunately I'm a bit impatient and on a tight time schedule as I want the car up and running properly as fast as possible
I think I will keep my current engine as a spare and rebuild it at a later stage.
If someone knows a good deal on a guaranteed good to go engine let med know!

Don't know where you are from, but a company like LKQ will have a warranty included (and extendable for a fee). Just typing ls1 in their search box got 24 hits and 2 or 3 were 'vette ls1 pull outs
