Default Hydraulic or solid lift cam

Ok guys, im refreshing my lq4 motor. I have a solid lift cam now and looking to gain alittle more horse power if possible. Its a street and track car ( mostly track ) and im undecided on cam choice. Here is a run down on motor. LQ4 Stock bore with ross pistons cc?
3.900 crank
compression 10.5
patriot 799 stage 3 heads
2.08 intake and 1.6 exhaust
TD adjustable 1.7 rockers
Rev kit
fast 102 w/ nw 102 tb
1-7/8 headers
SD tune,
N/A
The last dyno was 460@6800rpm and 385tq @4800 ( open converter ) th400
So what cam would net me alittle more with what I have ?
and yes, I e-mail martin at tick. just waiting on replay, so thanks for your input.

its a stroker motor and I bought this motor back in 2005 and put about 10,000 miles on it. The cam is a crane cam . So I think the technology has come a long way. It has lunati I beam rods and I think its there crank also. This motor has made some good power, before sd tune, it dynode at 491rwhp on a dyno jet. And then tried it on a mustang dyno and did 471rwhp threw a t-56

Would be nice to know more on the cam

IMO wondering if a larger valve for that size motor to get the increase you want

Port the intake theres plenty of room for improvement on those in the right hands.

I dont see a HR making more power than a solid most times stick with the solid

Honestly I have the cam card but really don't know to much how to read it. I thought over the last 9 years that cams would be more advenced in profiles. My cam has a power range of 3600 to 7100rpms. The intake is just a bolt on so I can get it cleaned up any time

There is a lot more to gain there with a different cam profile.

Where did you send your email to?
