Default 799 Heads have a blocked coolant crossover hole

Well I've got my 799 heads torqued down and sure enough, realized that when I went to install my coolant cross over pipe, only one of the four coolant holes between the two heads that isn't open. To me it looks like it wasn't drilled out from the factory, is there any harm in drilling it out and using a vacuum to suck up the shavings as I drill? I'd prefer to stay with my LS1 crossover pipe, let me know what you think, thanks!

No harm, they are just small freeze plugs, remove them and you will be good to go!
