Question PRW Rocker Arms anyone?

Has anyone used these or know anything about them? Shaft mount rockers I've seen online for ~$500. I know what it usually means when something seems too good to be true but I figured I would ask.

Prw-USA.com.

Thanks!

I have heard from people that have used them that the quality isn't terrible the machining on them are bad and small modifications are necessary to get them to work like most cheaper parts. Some people seem to like them others seem to swear them off. I personally like to use a stainless steel rocker if I can help it. Comp has the pro magnums and then your usual high dollar setups like jesel and crower. For 500 your already halfway there to a really nice setup.

Thanks for the info. Guess I'll upgrade my trunions for now and save my pennies for good stuff.

Yeah I went through the same thing after multiple YT 6645's ultralite. I looked at the PRW shaft mount RR's and enquired about them also and didn't get any info that would encourage me to feel comfortable buying them. So, I went ahead and just upgraded the stock rockers and have no regrets. BTW , keep in mind that if you decide to throw down the cash on a nice set of quality adj. RR shaft mounted rockers you likely also need inturn to buy new taller valve covers and some sort of coil relocation kit.
IMO, upgrade the stock rocker and you'll be fine, just keep the cam valve lift down under .630" (under .615" is what I'd go for) .

Good point. Didn't think about the hassle with valve covers. That puts the option out of my interest zone cost-wise. Short term plans put me in yellow/blue spring territory and even long term I am looking at maybe 0.620 lift.

Thanks.

Used them many times, for many builds, but only the stud mount adjustable and the shaft rockers. I've had zero issues and thousands of miles

Interesting.

So why are they so cheap compared to others? Are they relatively new in the market?
