Default Cam bearings possibly bad?

I have a 2000 silverado 5.3 with
222/224 comp cam
Beehive springs
Chormoly push rods,

My oil pressure only holds 20lbs at idle when warm, and only holds 38lbs driving at 50 to 60 mph.. Could my cam bearings be going bad? Or oil pump?

It's hard to say what is causing your oil pressure problem without taking it all apart and yes the cam bearings can go bad or wear out. Usually if an oil pump is going to go its all or nothing.
