wtf happened here? Need some help

wtf happened here? Need some help Lq9 stock crank, callies 6.100 rods, wiseco junk yard dog pistons all balanced and clevite std bearings. Lost oil pressure the other day. I pulled the pan so check the pick up tube o ring (which was good) and this is what I found.

The number two bearing looks backwards but that's just because it was hung on the crank and when I got it off I threw it in the cap for pic. It didn't not rotate at all but it no long fits flush in the cap. Thrust bearing is whipped out completely. Motor never had less than 40psi at idle until last Saturday. I was in the first 3000 mile oil change. I changed the oil after a few break in runs and it had shinney stuff in it but I didn't think anything of it really. All clearances measured out to factory specs. The main bolts and caps are stock. Torque angled as per gm specs.

I just hit my 3000 mile first oil change. The day I was going to change the oil is when I lost pressure.
Everything was checked with dial bore gauge and caliper multiple times. Then I used plasti gauge for a sanity check. Clearances were tight but right with in stock requirements. I figured if the stock motor could take a good amount of power then stock settings should be fine. I've built a lot of strong motors but this one makes much more power than them. This motor makes the old heads cam 5.3 on 13-15psi feel like a chump with 7psi. It pulled super hard yet could lug down to 1000rpm locked and pull my 6000lb Tahoe up hill no problem.
Actually now that I'm thinking in this more the reason I plasti gauged is because the measurements seemed large. They were on the loose end of stock. So .0021-.0025 ish. One I kept getting around .003 everytime I did it and plasti gauge was right at .0025. I think the thrust was the one that was the biggest. It's been months and I threw the damn paper I was writing on away.

The thrust is the gold on in the pic. I've only got to two caps the motor is still in the truck. I found pics of when I did the plasti gauge sanity checks. All the mains were .0025 but the thrust was .003. I'm wondering if I didn't beat it out.

The number two bearing I had to walk off the crank though it never spun and the third/thrust bearing I had to use a flat head and a hammer to ding it out of the cap.
