Default No spark!!!!

So I have a 99 ws6 m6 ls1 recently put a new motor in it car fired ran drove everything seemed good. Bout a moth after the swap it was sitting idling in my driveway and just cut out. Won't start now has fuel and motor cranks good just no spark. I have voltage at the coils but the plugs aren't firing. I've checked all fuses and relays for the ignition. I've checked the pins on the the harness at the pcm and they checked out. I'm pretty sure I've got all the grounds covered although the one on the back of the drivers side head was loose( didn't make a difference after tightened). I've replaced the crank sensor and nothing. The only thing I'm starting to think now is my pcm has gone bad... I have no power at the obd2 port either. When I plug a law diagnostic tool on it doesn't turn on in any position. Could this be connected or is this two seperate issues. Plz help I'm stumped

Check to see if the ignition coils are getting the fire signals from the PCM.

Check to see if PCM is getting CKP sensor signal.

Check cigar lighter fuse for power to OBD port.

sounds likely that a wire of batch of wires has burned through on exhaust somewhere
