Is this a good rebuild kit

Hows it going guys cyl 7 on my car took a **** its only reading 70 on The compression tester. I was wondering if this a good kit to buy

I would wait to order anything until the motor is torn down and the problem and damage is found. Then you can choose your rebuild options.
