Here are 2 lobes on my ASA cam what do you guys think of it?









I believe these loaded up okay. they dont seem bad. It's almost like heat or something got to them. No pitting either. Just these two lobes look like this.

 

Pics make them look pitted, is that just color change?

 

I know there is color change for sure, as far as pitting goes I've been comparing them to pics of early camshaft pitting on the internet. I see no similarities between the two. Still this is my first time dealing with this, and I can easily junk this cam or send it off to bullet cams to have them smooth it out. Just wanted a second opinion if i should put it in or not.
