I have been talking to OP alot of where to go, I have always built my own engines using local machine shop and have no experience with any engine builders but the Invoice/estimate/part sheet ATK gave him was IMO the best detailed invoice out of the 3 above. Not saying that means much but the level of detail they put into it shows what he is getting and there is nothing left in question of what he will get with one of their engines.

Josh your going to go nuts if you get more people involved and be more lost then you are now. I think you need to go with who you feel will help you the best if there is a problem.
