ls6 or fast manifold for my build?
Hey guys i was wondering if i should change my ls6 intake to a fast 102mm or similar. Will i be fine with the ls6?
My ls1 consists of a Texas Speed 233/239 .595"/.603" cam, CNC Ported 806 heads done by kateck and all new supporting hardware.
All input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

As HCI2000SS said, you are the only one who can determine weather it's worth it. One thing, switching to a fast 92 is a bit easier. The fast 102 will not accept the stock fuel rail setup & I think I've heard of minor clearance issues.

Alright thanks guys. I was actually reading a thread posted by tony mamo where he actually tested the 102 and ls6 intake. My main concern was that the ls6 intake would hold me back power wise.

A FAST intake is like the "icing" on the cake with a heads/cam set up. You can still make good power through an LS6 manifold, but the FAST will give you more HP throughout the entire RPM band.
Also factor in a new throttle body, as the FAST wont accommodate the stock unit. So your looking at $1,200+ for that setup.
I'm still up in air if I want to go that route when I decide to swap on my AI heads.
