it really depends. what trans is in the car and what was the da? for a cam only car a 116 trap isnt bad. the time could be better but that doesnt really tell power however if it was closer to a 114 trap I'd say you need to optimize the combo a little better.
If I couldn't find the 799 or 243s for $300 or less I would just have the 241s ported instead. Advanced Inductions high compression 241 program gets excellent results.
I'd say it is a good time. My best time as of now is 12.7 @112mph with a cam and other bolt ons. I put 3:90s in the rear and that's kinda screwing my mph. I'm right around 5800 when I finish and my cam peaks at 6400. But, if I port the heads it should wake that baby up. If I was you I'd look into porting your heads, keep your stock intake and some 4:10s. I went with 3.90s strictly for cruising on the highway.
