Cylinder head scoring

I was cleaning up a set of 317s that I've had laying around forever, getting them ready for a TT 5.3 build for my WJ Grand Cherokee and I noticed some disturbing gouging/scoring on the passenger head. The heads were so dirty that I didn't even notice the scratches until I started cleaning...they're not terrible, but a couple are deep enough to catch a fingernail and pass through the area where the chamber seals. Thoughts?? Should I just run with the 862s that were on the engine already? Thanks much.

You could take them to a machine shop and have them try to clean them up, At least you would know they were flat when you get them back.

They don't look that bad. Drop them of at your favorite machine shop and let them put a new surface on them.

Maybe someone raced the heads downa rough asphalt driveway ugh.
They will be fine.
