LQ4 Replacement bearings? Nitrous Piston Ring Gap?

I have 2 of the rods out and want to put new ones in. Also torque specs on the rod caps? I seen 15 LBS and 60* ? Seems a little low to me. I was thinking around 45lbs ish?
Also this engine already had aftermarket crank bearings so it has been gone through I believe, so should I use stock specs for ring gap?
Thanks
The rod bolts are a Torque To Angle design, so 15lbs and 60 degrees is probably accurate, but it was changed throughout the years as well. Later model engines went to 75 degrees if I remember correctly.
If you're using nitrous, I would go looser with the ring gaps. Keep the top ring gap tighter than the second.
