Finally started putting my 2000 camaro ss back 2gether these are all the mods Im doing

-Stock 243 heads
-PRC .650 Spring Kit.
-7.4 TSP Hardened Pushrods.
-Ls7 Lifters.

Do I need to brake in the new cam??

Do I just put in the new dual valve springs in 2gether in the heads or do I put the outer one first heat cycle then add the inside spring and go through another heat cycle???

Anybody got any ideas wat hp numbers I should be seeing with a tune???

Any tips or suggestions more then welcomed

As these engines have roller cams, there's really nothing to break in.

Assemble all the valve springs on the valves at one time. It's their total pressure that the valve & cam needs.

I think you would net 375+rwhp with the 224 cam and Stock 243s. It would be a decent street-friendly set up.

Depends on the dyno really, but in general I would expect in the 375-385 hp range

With a good tune I would expect to see around 380-385whp. If the heads are off the car save up the coin and send them to AI or TEA. Then you would be in the 410-415whp range. Would make a nice street setup.

I would go with the morel 5315 lifters.
