lq9 block from thompson motor sport with 500hp ls1 top end kit I recently bought a ls1 500hp top end kit for a 02 trans am. I decided to buy a lq9 block 370 ci (diamond forged pistons 4.030"bore, TMS Moly rings, forged scat i-beam connecting rods. I put the ls1 500hp top end kit on With double timing chain, high pressure oil pump, and volant cold air intake. My question is would anybody have a rough estimate of the hp i should have?
