Here's the setup going into my stripped z28. The goal for this thing is 20 rolls/40 rolls that just ***** everyone and their mother up lol it's going to be a nitrous build. Direct port kit on a 300-350 progressive. I'm wondering what cam y'all would put in this that loves nitrous? Looking for 40"ish rwhp on motor.

6.0 lq9 - rod bolts, main studs, hell fire. Nitrous rings.

.020 milled 243 heads, studded.

Vic jr intake

Through a built 4l60 with a 3600 stall and a 4.10 geared 12 bolt

Contact Martin Smallwood at Tick, or Brian Tooley, Russ Barber, Pat G, EPS or whoever you prefer and have a custom cam ground. It cost about the same and will generate great results over a shelf grind. Also I hope your at least gonna put pistons in it, stockers won't hold if the tune is even a hair off.

I agree that there probably isn't an "off the shelf" cam that's going to be the best for you. With that setup, and the amount of nitrous you plan on spraying, custom cam is the way to go. All the above mentioned people can hook you up with a great custom cam.

Contact Martin at Tick. He just spec me a max effort nitrous shaft. He also can get it ground from comp or from cam motion.

I currently am installing a Tick cam, with btr pushrods. I've also used Russ Barber at Volatile Performance. All have excellent customer service, and know how to make power.
