Default Can you buy single OEM rod bearings?

I took my pistons out to re-gap the rings and noticed I had a funky looking rod bearing. It had a small 'pimple' on it. about 1/8" wide and .020" tall. The rod journal on the crank looks perfect. No scratches, scars, discoloration, etc. I sanded the small bump down on the rod bearing with 2000 grit sand paper and polished it smooth, but it is slightly discolored.

I think it may have been my girlfriend dropping one of the bearings when she was helping me take the rods out.

So I was going to replace this one rod bearing and check with a plastigauge.
Anyone know where I can get a single new OEM rod bearing?

You haven't stated the vehicle, year or engine but for a 2000 LS1 engine, the GM part number for a pair of bearing halves for one connecting rod is 12523924.

For a 2006 Tahoe 4.8/5.3/6.0 engine, the single pair rod bearing set part number is 89017573.
