Default Bad lifter, Piston slap? Please Help!

Sorry about another thread on this but my car is really starting to bother me. I don't remember when it started but my car makes a slight clack sound. It starts a few moments after startup and comes and goes. It even stays after reaching temps, but I notice when the weather is really cold it isn't there as much, and after running the car really hard it always completely goes away. My oil pressure sits at about 45-50 at startup and 40 at idle. It's castrol 10w30 with some Lucas oil stabilizer.

It's not super loud and you have to stand back to head it over my exhaust. The car hauls *** but I'm nervous any day now it's gonna blow on me.
I just to figure out what this sound is and get it fixed. Money's tight so I can't just start dumping money until I'm sure what is it It's an 02 T/A btw
oh and I forgot she burns about a qt every 1500miles.
