Default Ticking!?!?!?

I've got a tick in my motor, and hoping you guys can help me figure out where it's coming from. Here are the motor specs:

LS1:
LS6 Intake/ Stock TB
LS6 243 casting heads "untouched"
LS6 Oil Pump
LS6 Factory Replacement Timing Set
Roller Rockers 1.7 ratio
LS7 Lifters
7.45 inch Chromoly Pushrods
Patriot Gold Extreme .660 lift springs
Titanium Locks and Retainers
228/232 .600/.600 lift on 111LSA camshaft
.040 Cometic Headgaskets
ASP 25% Underdrive Crank Pulley

I swapped the cam from what is listed above to a stock LS6 cam. My guess is maybe the pushrods are the wrong length now?

Here are a few videos:

Best option is to buy a mechanics stethoscope & you will find where the noise is coming from rather than have people all giving their guesses & you still being frustrated.

Bumping my old thread here... I haven't had much time to mess with this as it's just a project.

I still believe my pushrods are the wrong length. Can anyone tell me the stock pushrod length for an LS6 cam?

I found this in another thread,

Hope this helps
I'm using LS6 heads and cam, so if that's correct I should be running 7.40" rods. How much of a difference will my current 7.35" rods make if I leave them in there? Could that be the cause of a tick?

If the cam you swapped out had a smaller base circle than the ls6 can it's possible you need new pushrods. Why not pull a valve cover and see if the rods are loose?
