Default Judge my setup

I'm just curious where if any of my setup can be improved/where my weak point is in my setup.

Mods:
ls1 346
heads: 706 ported/milled larger valves
cam: 242/244 .610/.612 112
12:1 compression
fast 90/90
85mm maf
ftp 98mm lid
pacesetter 1 3/4 headers
full 3 inch exhaust
asp 25% underdrive
taylor 409 10.4 wires
tr-6 plugs
rpm lvl5 4l60e
4k stall
3.73 gears

just looking for input, dont want to leave power on the table. possibly a cam change? car is strip oriented. not concerned with street manners.

What are Goals & Budget?

Ported FAST 102 W/ Mid Length Runners/MSD Intake W/ Ported 90TB
Probably worth 12-15 HP
1 7/8 ARH with your 3" exhaust probably 8-10 HP
If this is F body True Duals are best, followed by At Least!
3.5" with the BEST Y Merge otherwise can be losing at least
30 perhaps 40 HP with wrong exhaust on F Body!!
Custom Pat G, Martin/Tick, ... Cam base on airflow of heads 15-20 HP
Probably need at least +6-8* more exhaust versus intake duration.
MMS 220, AFR210, TFS215 Heads + 35-45 more HP
Just my .02

Probably keep it under $1000 as far as budget. I have the ssra ac version right now. Am going to get the chrs 13 13 non ac version soon. The car put down 440 rwhp and 405 tq the way it sits.

I would get rid of that ASP damper and go with an ATI. Also what diameter pushrods are you running? You could pick up a little power from running Manton 11/32 pushrods if you are currently using 5/16 pr's.

How much power would I gain from changing pushrods. I feel like 150+ dollars is steep for ppushrods lol

My opinion. Go with 1 7/8 headers TSP per budget reasons and I would start saving for a good set of heads. Considering your budget guy like most of us. A set of Trickflow as cast 220s would be sufficient

I was thinking of changing my exhaust for better headers and a more flowing exhaust. And possibly a cam change. My dynamic cr is around 8.49:1

Speed Eng has 1 7/8 headers at a really good price with good reviews.
Contact someone who can spec you a cam to meet your goals.
Fast 102 setup
Possibly need bigger injectors
SSRA as mentioned
What kind of 4k stall ?

Your also running about 3 points high CR than they probably were which can play a good roll in it. I know mine with the 220s put down about 35 more rwhp than your number with 9.6 cr. And it's hard comparing dyno numbers. heck there are can only guys making as much power as heads and cam people. Another good option for a head since you would wanna keep your CR high, AI 862 heads for 1200 bucks can net you about what a stock TF 220 can (480ish rwhp). I alsways say the TF because it's a long term head that can be used in different applications and has a nice thick deck.

Those are the two areas I would look to change personally. Headers and heads.

I'll have to look into that. I Def want to stay around 11.5-12 for compression. So those might be a good option

116mph is weak for 440rwhp unless the weather was hot.
Reason I bring it up is if there is something holding the car back it should be addressed first.

Honestly, it gets expensive at this point. Who's converter are you running and how many miles/passes on the trans? I'm wondering why your mph is so low? With my setup the slowest my car ever trapped was 120mph in the heat of summer.

A GOOD converter is very important. Edge is the cheapest I would run and do happily, it launches hard but I know I am giving up some mph vs. say a Yank.
Get a good converter in it.
The times in my sig are 41-4200lbs with an LT1 that I wouldn't claim anywhere near 440rwhp, full bias ply slicks pulling mph down, and about 500ft DA.

If you believe your dyno number is honest then you need to get the car to trap solidly over 120 before you take a second look at the engine.
