What cam??

What cam?? I'm sure it's been asked a bunch of times but I'm gonna ask again. I have a stock 99 lq4 6.0 motor, Cnc ported 317 heads. It will be n/a. The motor will be in my 67 c10. It's gonna be a weekend cruiser that I'll take to the track on occasion. I have no clue what cam to go with. I've done some searching but now I'm even more confused lol.
That truck weighs no more than an f-body so no need to shop "truck cams" when those are aimed at modern trucks that might weigh a literal ton more.
For meaningful discussion we need to know tranny, gear, stall tolerance.

You have a wide variety of choices! Are you wanting to still idle like stock, or do you want to hear the cam some? Is the truck a manual or auto? If it's an auto, will you be running the stock or aftermarket torque converter? Were the heads milled any to increase compression ratio? We have a ton of cams to choose from that will work well for your application. We just need some more information.
