Default rod length

Is there a standard rod lenght for a 4" stroke crank. I know u can get custom piston heights but what is better stock lenght or should longer be gotten cuz rod anglularity changes.

Rods usually come in 2 sizes, the OEM 6.098 and 6.125.

Most people go with the 6.125" because they are more readily available and there has been discussion about longer rods providing better harmonics for the rotating assembly but I'm not sure how much that little difference can actually make.
