How much "Meat" is on an LS head CC?

I'm guessing you're figuring for a boosted app but I seem to remember reading that the smaller the chamber the lower the Brake Specific Fuel Consumption......aka higher efficiency
Lastly if you could do that you will undoubtedly end up with thinner spots which in a high horsepower boosted application will lead to detonation. Too thin areas of combustion chambers retain heat and cause issues. Smokey Yunich helped the Ford guys back in the day with the tunnel-port design heads that experienced this very issue....true story
