Talked to Martin at Tick about a cam setup and am stuck on lifters. He suggested at least the Morel drop-in's, 5315's I wanna say, but are the link-bar lifters worth the extra nickel? They'll be going into a twin turbo 370ci. with Yella Terra 1.7's.

 

The 5206s are. The 5290s are not. If you're budget is $300 or less, the 5315s will work. If you can stand to spend 550-600, then the 5206s would be a better choice.

 

I'm a broke A$$ college kid so money isn't of excess, but I'm building this truckright from the get-go, I've seen first hand what cutting corners does, haha, so if it's the best route to go than so be it.

 

Twin turbos aren't really budget items

The better lifter with the .750" wheel and tool steel body on a twin turbo is the only route I would suggest.
