Default Ls7 lifter preload.

What's the ideal preload for these I hear a lot of different answers searching. Right now I'm sitting at around .040 and the valve train is basically quiet. Car will see close to 7k. It'll see street use but it's main use is drive to track race and drive back. Should I shoot for more preload or roll with it?

I recently ordered a set of new GM "LS7" lifters and the part number matched the last one in this list:

2.09mm = 0.082" preload.
