I have been working on my 06 denali envoy LH6 5.3. Doing a dod delete I've seen all threads on this and see there's a lot of successful builds. However, I have a burning question. How many of these motors still run? Is there anyone out here that has a dod delete motor thats still a daily driver, track car, or just a crusier. Just want to know how reliable these builds have been because my 05 2500 6.0 is at 300k and still seems bulletproof and all its ever had is an oil pump other than normal service. I'm expecting the same longevity from my 5.3 post afm/dod delete.

 

Check the truck forum, tons with high mileage. My yukon is at 100k and runs like new.
