Default Max RPM for TSP 224r

We finally dyno'd the car this past weekend and noticed that it was still making power when we let off at 6100 RPM (Playing safe on new build).

What are your recommendations on Max RPM for this setup?

It will generally peak around 6300 rpms but still carry the power out a little further. I agree that 6500 should be a good shift point for that cam.
