We finally dyno'd the car this past weekend and noticed that it was still making power when we let off at 6100 RPM (Playing safe on new build).
What are your recommendations on Max RPM for this setup?
243 Heads not ported
TSP 224R 114LSA with Upgraded Springs
Stock Rocker Arms
Stock Bottom End
4L60E Trans

It will generally peak around 6300 rpms but still carry the power out a little further. I agree that 6500 should be a good shift point for that cam.
