Default postive crankcase ventilation

high guys was looking into to getting a set of cast aluminum valve covers from katech and was wondering it looks like there is no PCV routing I have a 2000 WS6 and was wondering if I could use an LS6 valley cover and a catch can with a PCV valve in line right before entering intake manifold car has an LS6 intake

You would need to run a breather still I would think. The hose running to your intake will relieve the pressure from the crankcase but you will need a way for your crankcase to pull air back in. I have been looking over many threads about PCV and everybody has a different idea on how to plumb it all. Here is my setup where I am utilizing a catch can and PCV valve.

Awesome were do you pull your crankcase vapors from because the valve covers from katech dont have provisions to pull so iwas thinking about using an ls6 valley cover with the intergated oil air seperator into to a catch can then into a pcv valve to intake

Katech valve covers have fittings for the PCV system.

I have a catch can with the ls6 valley installed. I just plugged the remaining holes on the valve covers, and throttle body. Will this cause any problems

No, that's actually about the best way to do it

Thanks, wasn't sure if there would be too much vacuum all the time. If I try and remove the oil filler cap with engine running, its very difficult because of the vacuum in the engine, but once its off its not like you can hear a vacuum leak or anything.

The vapors are pulled from the valley cover not the valve covers. The valve cover fitting is for the fresh air supply to the crankcase. The breather on the oil fill will take care of that and then a slight tune adjustment to account for the unmetered air (if you're using a MAF)
