How Aggressive Is This Cam
Here are the specs I have:
Thunder Racing LS1 Custom Cam
230/236 .592/.602 112 + 4 LSA
I tried to find a similar one to compare it to but I couldn't find out that much. Thanks
That cam has 9* of valve overlap, and a IVC of 43. Imo, with a good tune and at least 3.90 rear gears with a M6 transmission, or 3.23 and a 3600 stall TC in a A4 transmission car it should be daily driver friendly.

Comparable to something like a stage 2 cam? I just tried to calculate the valve overlap on a stock 98-00 cam and it has -35.5 degrees of overlap? So mine should sound much more lumpy over stock? I've only driven mine a few times so far.

230 + 236 = 466 466/4 = 116.5 116.5 - 112 = 4.5 4.5 x 2 = 9 degrees @ 0.050 lift. If you know the advertised duration (duration @ 0.006) you can figure that the same way. You can go to Wallace racing and plug in your cam numbers to get valve events and overlap. It can show you the effect of advancing or retarding your cam.
A cammed LS1 in a 69 Camaro sounds fun; have you driven it much ?

Also I was able to calculate the 9 degrees of overlap on my cam but calculating it on the stock ls1 cam i was getting a negative number. I'm guessing that means there is just no overlap?
