Default Metal chunks from oil change

Just did heads about 200 miles ago and went to change the oil filter.
Pieces are ferrous sized about medium-large grain sand.
Car also has cam from about 5k miles ago.

thats not good as there be more stuck in rest of motor. evendently some sandblasting on heads clean them up? bearings probably chewed up as well. oil feel real gritty? oil pressure very good?

oil was shimmery as well. gonna cut the filter open tomorrow. right before nasa hpde fml.

It may just be the light as photos are hard to show something but the metal looks copper color. Is the motor making any noise?

So i may have used a dirty bucket that drained a broken t-case. that would explain the large pieces. But cut open the filter and no bits but lots of fine metallic dust.

If a new motor, might be break in. I would check again before panicking.
