High RPM issues
High RPM issues Anything over 4k RPM and it starts backfiring and falling on its face. Sometimes the tach just stops working after a bad backfire. I have noticed also when holding the RPM's around 4500+ the tach will bounce around a little randomly. It doesn't matter if I'm at WOT or just holding the RPM's up there.
I have changed the Cam position sensor (doesn't mean it isn't a faulty one)..
Thinking about changing the Crankshaft position sensor next and doing a relearn on it.
Fuel pressure is good, injectors are good and the spark plugs all look good.
I'm also wondering if a knock sensor could be causing some of the issue..
