I have a 2001 WS6 M6 with 188,000 miles on her. I can feel that she is getting tired. My rear main is leaking, when I'm idling at certain times my oil pressure drops to maybe 30psi. It used to stay consistently around 40psi or higher at idle. So I think its time that I do a swap. I found a 2004 GTO motor complete less harness. Only 55k miles.
LS6 block, 241 heads, LS6 intake.
my question is what head/cam combo should I go with. I was thinking of picking up some 243s and getting them ported. I'm also going to be throwing on some LTs and a lid.
what are some other suggestions you guys have.
