Default DCR / head gasket help needed

I’m needing some help picking head gaskets for my new setup. Please take a look and let me know what you think.
2001 z06 street car on 93 octane.
Ls2 short block
TFS 215’s 63cc
227/234 113+2

I’m trying to decide between the following set ups.
0.040 gasket would put me at SCR 11.65 DCR 8.9 quench of .034 … I could degree the cam 1 deg and eng up with SCR 11.65 and DCR 8.82
0.045 gasket would put me at SCR 11.50 DCR 8.79 quench of .039
0.051 gasket would put me at SCR 11.32 DCR 8.65 quench of .051

Your thoughts please

Check out my sig. Ignore DCR. use the .041" head gasket for tighter quench to control detonation. I don't even have access to 93 octane. I would install cam straight up. Your tuner will need to be spot on

Use the .040. Degree it but keep the ICL at 111.

Would there be any problems running a cometic with a bore of 4.060 instead of the 4.030?
