250/244 109LSA solid roller idles at 850 like a rock.

M6's are MUCH easier to get to idle / not stall out than autos.

TR224 on a 112. Wish I could idle mine less than 1000 rpm but surging starts anything less. How do yo guys do it? On cold start up it has to idle about 1 minute before it will keep running. I've had it programmed by Chis Robinson.

228/228 cam I use 875. I can hear a minor lope and the car doesn't shake.

Larry:

Do you have LS1Edit or HPTuners? A 224 cam is totally stealth with 900 rpm idle and doesn't take much effort to get to idle at 800 - 850 rpm. Look in the PCM section for tips.

I sent my PCM to Chris Robinson for tuning. His tuning did give me good hp gains but assumed a 224 cam is just not going to idle less than 1000. Maybe I need more tuning.

Don't have LS1Edit or HP. I need to invest in a tunner but my computer skills are not all that great. Seems like most have problems.
