Surprised you got that much out of a XER273 - nice work.

Did you drill the throttle body? If so, how big is the hole? At 3/16", I'll get that sometimes where it takes a few seconds to idle back down. if you're out at 1/4" you might be getting a bit much idle air.

It is probably throttle follower or throttle cracker in the tune under idle airflow tuning. I had to adjust mine for the same reason. A tuner can fix that easily.

Tuner says all was done, but kept showing tps was at 1% on idle, I ported the throttle body and I think I might of took out a bit around the blade. I have a second stock t.b. I'm going to switch out to see if it makes a difference, otherwise I'm going to check for vacuum leaks, or back to the tuner. I did reset the tps, it's at .03 at idle now, tomorrow will tell

Did you adjust your throttle blade? You will probably need to close it some since you ported the throttlebody. After adjusting you will need to do a tps reset. If you had tuning software it would be easier so you can see where your IAC counts are when car is at hot idle.
