Just wanted to know what kind of cam would work with my arh 1/34 headers it's a bolt on ls1 camaro and its a4 and how much power can these headers take with out being restrictive in power
1.75 headers restrict power on a stock engine up top so thats not a really good ay to look at it.
as far as the cam goes we need more info, whats above is like saying you want a car and that you need to drive it to work but you want people to recommend a car lol

decent gears and supporting mods, but like others have stated; the stall should be done first. At least a 3200 or so is a great entry level mod.
If you are dead set against a converter mod, then the best little compromise cam is the Lingenfelter GT 2-3. At 207/220 and 570 lift it certainly won't sound mean but the car will get a bit louder and pick up in the neighborhood of 30 rear wheel horsepower. It can work with the GM yellow springs, however a PAC beehive is still a better option. Don't forget some hardened 5/16" .080" push rods, T-chain and oil pump upgrades while you're in there
