Default LS-6 Cam install advise

Installing new Comp. cam 230/236/--595/595+4 112LSA in 04 LS-6 Heads coming off for a little clean up new springs lifters chain with Comp. Pro Mag. rockers 1.75 ECT.. Been working on Chevy motors for years never opened up a LS motor ,been reading for days on this deal ,I don't see a prom ..?? Other that what I have read , I know there is something that people that have done this know that I need to know . Any help thanks..

A motor is a motor. Degree the cam and make sure you have PTV clearance and correct pushrod length.

I think I got it ,working on 04 Corvette never had to take out the rack to install a cam o-well.. I'm in Houston the people around here are HP CRAZZZZY nothing to see 800-1000 HP Corvettes Camaros or trucks on the road ..There is a shop not to far from me that has 5 DYNOs one is for 18 wheelers "SAY WHAT'' .. Nothing like the smell of diesel in the morning..Thanks..
