Default Best heads for my car?

Looking to get a set of heads and I'm not real sure exactly what would work best with my cam. I plan on sending am email to Futral for his input but figured I'd poke around on here first to see if anyone has run something similar . Specs on car are ls6 intake,ported throttle body, egr delete, slp long tubes, Futral 228/230 .576/.595 112lsa , dual springs. Expectations for car are just a. Weekend cruiser/ roll racer. Car will probably never see a track .

For starters I would plan to swap the springs with the heads, springs are a wear item with aftermarket cam.
Then, you didn't tell us what your car is. We could assume it is an f-body but you didn't really say.
Do you want to buy heads or would you like to end what you have out for porting?

Sorry it's a 00' camaro ss. 39k miles. Bought the car from a guy on the forum he's original owner I'd have to check with him about how many miles are on the car since the cam swap. I'm willing to spend some where around 1000$ not wanting to spend 2500-3000k . Thanks for the interest guys

You're not gonna get much for a grand. Budget heads like a 5.3 head or something like that will be your only option

Car made 383rwhp/376rwtq as is on a dyno in 2006 and hasn't been retuned since. I was hoping to get those number above 410-420

$1000 wont go far once you consider fluids, gaskets, fresh springs, realistically that is probably what you could spend on a fresh valvejob without any real porting by the time you buy the rest of the supplies. Then there is the fact it needs to be retuned.

4.10 gears should be done FIRST.

Then later when you want to try and do the heads thing understand $1000 wont do it once you consider all the other stuff needed. I would budget $1000 for fluids, surprises, and tuning separate from whatever you spend on heads and fresh springs.

The best bang for buck would be some PRC 2.5 5.3 heads or some PRC as cast 225's

It's a little over your budget but bang for the buck but our 5.3 heads are pretty tough to beat. We can even sell them without springs for a $200.00 savings.
